OUR BARBECUES & HOG
ROASTERS
were the first of their kind in the world and still no gas
barbecue or hog roasting unit comes close to its specification for :
- POWER - 4 powerful stainless steel burners totalling 120,000 BTU
- EASE OF USE -
takes
approx 10 minutes to prepare 120 lb pig for roasting compared to around 30
minutes prep for a pig on a spit.

NEW
BEEF ROASTER
- a larger version of our
Hog Roaster.
This unit will cook up to 150 kg (300lb) pistol of beef
(a hind leg up to 2-3 ribs).

The Beef Roaster joins our
Full Ox Roasting Machine
which cooks a fill beast up to 500 kg (1,000 lb).
The Ox Roaster is also able to cook
5 whole pigs,
or cook trays of
chicken or pork, beef and lamb joints. |
