A 5' Hog Roasting Unit which will roast up to a 150 lb whole pig or
any meat
(up to 150 lb in weight) can be roasted at any one time. This
could be a saddle
of beef or to cook off a very large amount of chicken portions. The top
part of the oven can also be utilized for roasting e.g.
jacket potatoes.
This unit also becomes a 4' Barbecue. With its 1/2 grill and 1/2
griddle plate it is capable of producing up to £1,000. of burgers/sausages etc per hour. |

Small Trailer, Two Tables, Water Boiler, Six Bain Marie
Pans, Small Gazebo, Serving
& Carving Utensils, Water Containers and to ensure compliance with
regulations,
a First Aid Kit, Fire Blanket and Washing Facility.
