one end for a quick peek or
remove end completely. Just remember to use an oven cloth
 or glove for protection.

When the pig is cooked and the
stainless steel hood removed,
the 4 independently controlled burners
 are turned down.
There is space for 3x 1/1 gastronorm
trays for carving and hot holding.
The pig is then the centre of

HOG ROAST INFORMATION & PRICE GUIDE

The dual purpose unit was specifically designed for a customer, with a 5' Hog Roasting Oven Unit on a 5' Gas BBQ base.
It will cook up to a 150 lb whole pig in approx. 6 hours (cooking time is relative to weight of pig) and will serve up to 300+
portions.  A 100 lb pig will take up to 5 hours cooking slowly.

Plus Points :

  • All our units comply with Environmental Health requirements i.e.
" That all meat is cooked in an oven type environment."
  • Superb crunchy crackling, succulent meat - cooked through to the bone.
  • Our Hog Roasting Unit can be used to cook lamb and goat or large joints of beef and venison - just as easily
    as cooking a pig.
  • The extended hood gives added cooking capacity.  3 x 1/1 gastronorm trays slide in allowing extra pork,
other meats or jacket potatoes etc. to be cooked.
  • When hood is removed, the unit base has room for 3 x 1/1 trays to carve into, keeping meat and stuffing hot etc.
  • LPG gas fired, easiest machine in the world to use. No spit rod to cope with - no electricity supply required.
  • Versatility - when a barbecue is needed, simply remove the hog roasting trays and
replace with the barbecue grills supplied.
